Lift-Pro is a functional movement system designed to enhance pelvic floor function and overall posture.
Lift-Pro is designed to optimize natural movement, tension /release, patterns to re-engage and/or release the pelvic floor as a part of the whole body.  Isolating muscles (i.e. kegels) is only a small part of a functional, organic, integrated body system.  The program uses awareness techniques, natural, therapeutic, and Pilates based exercises.

CELESTE COREY-ZOPICH

Celeste Corey-Zopich has been working with and healing bodies for 20 years.  In her practice she specializes in functional whole body movement integration.  She is a teacher of teachers in the US and Internationally.  She is a certified Pilates teacher (PMA-CPT), Personal Trainer, Functional Movment specialist, Youth Exercise specialist, and Natural foods Chef. 

Celeste is the owner of Pilates Staten Island and the Center for Transformational Wellness in New York.

SILVANA KIMHI MAN

Silvana Kimhi Man has been a teacher and Pilates instructor since 2004. She is a senior instructor at the Contrology Academy for Pilates and is certified by the PMA.
She is a Kinesio Typing Therapist specializing in orthopedic injuries.
She has also been certified by the Buff Bones method for safe training for osteoporosis and is the owner of Studio Contrology in Israel.
